  • Escargot Bourgogane is a favorite menu. This menu uses a snail as its main ingredient. For this menu there are two kinds, along with shell and not (gratine). Snails cooked in their skins, mixed with butter and garlic then roasted in the oven. Enhancement as a refresher there pasley leaves (herbs). While gratine, cooked with parmesan and mozzarella, then baked.
